How accurate is the macro tracking?
MacroLens uses AI to estimate macros based on visual analysis. While we strive for accuracy, estimates may vary from actual values. For precise tracking, consider weighing food or checking nutrition labels.
How do I correct an analysis?
Tap the "Refine" button on any meal and use voice commands to make corrections. For example, say "that's 6 ounces of chicken, not 4" or "remove the bread."
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel your MacroLens Pro subscription.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete individual meal entries in the app. To delete all your data, contact us at support@macrolens.me and we'll process your request.
The app isn't recognizing my food correctly
For best results, take photos with good lighting, center the food in the frame, and capture all items clearly. Use the voice refinement feature to correct any mistakes.
